Low calorie works however I question if any of us can sustain it for long term. Use it as a tool but eventually you'll need to find a better way to eat.

Last March I was at 252lbs and 42 inch waist. I'm 6'1". Beginning of July I was stuck at 220lbs. I came across Mfp and started tracking. Previously, I was just eyeballing food. MFP helped me break the plateau and today I'm at 207lbs and 35in waist. Heck yeah!!!!

The only way to bulk is up lift really heavy weights and eat lots of calories...3,000 a day. If you're trying to lose weight and eat under 2,000 calories a day, you won't bulk up

It's all relative. If you weight 300 plus you'll lose 5, 10, 20 pounds a week. When you're closer to your right weight you lose less but it's more noticeable
