As I am becoming more active and pushing harder it is time to start on a multivitamin. I have heard good things about the GNC Mega Men Sport but I'd like to know what you think. What is a solid multivitamin and WHY?

I honestly can't tell a difference since Ive been taking animal pak the last few months. There's a lot of marketing hype out there and I read the forums. Sorry I know your question is about gnc0

I take Controlled Labs Orange Triad, other good ones include Gaspari Anavite, Source Naturals Life Force, AOR Orthocore, SAN Dr Feelgood0

I would only take a men's multivitamin if, after analysing your diet, you find that you're lacking in vitamins a-k or magnesium. Multivits don't work unless you drink enough water, so remember to keep hydrated or else all you're paying for is expensive urine.0

I would go to your local GNC store and tell them what you are doing and what you think you need. The salespeople there are trained and knowledgeble and should be able to make suggestions to help you. I know they did with me AND saved me some money too!0
