I have a question, I do water aerobics on Tuesday and Thursday, can I count the Monday exercises on Tuesday or Thursday instead? Just saying, I will be doing them just on a different day than the challenge day. I have a hard time doing squats, lunges and jumping jacks but do alot of these moves in the water.

I love sweet potatoes but have never eaten them with salt and pepper or olive oil. I either bake them or put them in the microwave when done take smart balance light and add cinnamon and equal and mix together. I did my Thursday challeng ein the pool, is so much easier for me, Fiber Friday is easy for me, I am always over on that, I love veggies, for breakfast got 9 grams, will have 9 for lunch. That puts me over my daily requirement, but have dinner to go. I know what I'll be doing tonight. :blushing:

Burnt 2105 calories this weekend. Thank goodness for the ymca pool. So much easier for me to do my excercises in the water.

Didn't get to do an form of exercise, i have a pinched nerve or pulled muscle in my neck , waiting for doctor to tell me what to do next. Will hit the YMCA hopefullly fri, sat and sun for some pool, hot tub and sauna.
