Try brushing your teeth, I heard this tip once and it works. It seems to help take the craving away because who wants to eat immediately after you've brushed your teeth? I'm so sorry your parents aren't supportive. I know it is probably hard for you to get and make healthier foods without their support. I would suggest two things, first smaller portions and second just exercising as much as you can to help balance out some of the less healthy foods they are providing for you. Good luck!
