Eat more! If you are burning off that many calories then you should probably be eating closer to 1600-1800 calories a day. When I increased my calorie intake, I started to lose again.

I'm 5' 2", 137, try to take in 1600-1800 and after working out net 900 - 1300.

You need to eat! You should be eating more calories - probably between 1600-1800.

I actually looked up the calories burned on another website based on my gender, weight, etc.and created it under My Exercises. I've had to do this for a few activities which aren't listed, i.e. Bikram Yoga.
