Half mile addition at a time would be a real struggle. I do best adding small increments, usually about a quarter mile, then stick with that for a week or two, then move forward if it feels right.

I too go sans undies while working out, unless they are absolutely necessary (TOM). Way more comfortable that way. I can't stand my undies riding up while I'm running, and nothing worse than having a wedgie while in the squat rack...lol!!

My fave is 1/2 c. plain greek yogurt, chopped walnuts, honey, and cinnamon...tasty stuff!

I like a little honey in mine or a packet of stevia in the raw usually does the trick. I buy the plain fat free greek and have gotten used to it, so much so that I can't eat the flavored or sweetened yougurts any longer, they just taste wrong to me.

I run and lift as well. Neither at a very high level, but I'm satisfied with both and my abilities. Right now I'm running MWF and a bit on Saturday. I vary my runs, if I'm feeling it, I'll hit around 4 miles, some days I'll do intervals. I probably run 10-15 miles a week on a really good week. I lift on T TH and Saturday.…

Workout, drink lots of water, and as previously stated, save some room for your treats of choice. Once I got my eating under control for the most part my cravings really subsided. I still get the chocolate twinge, but usually a little treat will take care of that for me.
