"Just make sure your good days far outweigh your bad ones" That about sums it up!! Thank you so much for sharing, and congratulations! You look fantastic and are an inspiration sir!

Just amazing! My motivation to keep on lifting!

Works for me, this is the most successful I've ever been with diet & fitness. I do try to keep an eye on my protein, just to make sure I'm getting enough. But otherwise, I pretty much eat what I want and like. I'm pushing 50 lbs lost in just over 8 months. I exercise a lot, which is fine, makes me feel fantastic and lets…

Try to keep it around 300 or so, can be up to 400 depending on what I want.

Good old hard work and dedication!

Mine were two of the first things to go, I've lost almost 50 lbs, have gone from 42C to about a 36B so far. I don't mind being a little smaller on top, however I am disappointed that I'm not as perky and firm as I'd like to be. Too many years of being overweight killed the elasticity of my skin. I'm seriously considering a…

Check out strong lifts 5x5. I just started doing this about a month ago. Best decision I've ever made as far as my fitness goes, wish I had started months ago. There is a great group here on MFP geared for women, lots of helpful info to be found: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/groups/home/4601-stronglifts-5x5-for-women

I just started Strong Lifts 5x5 about a month or so ago. I've noticed a huge difference in my over all strength and fitness in that short of time. I was going to wait until I got closer to my goal weight, but I'm glad I started now. Starting to see some tone in my legs and arms and at least an inch off my waist, which…

I love the guy who skips on the treadmill...I understand skipping is legit exercise, but it still makes me giggle

Yep, for sure! I've cut way back on alcohol, especially the past month or two, and now a beer or two goes straight to my head. I used to be able to put it away with the best of 'em...no longer

1. 45 pounds lost so far, 20ish to go. 2. Going on 8 Months 3. Average between 1500-1800 depends on how hungry I am and how hard I work out 4. I'm active every day, serious workout at least 6 days a week plus and active rest day. 5. 400-600+ depends on the day. Saturdays I work out twice, could be upwards of 1000 calories…

My real life nickname is Heddy, when I was a teenager I used to babysit a little girl and she couldn't say my given name, Heather, so somehow I ended up becoming Heddy to her. I just kind of stuck. My parents are the only ones who call me that any more. So, since being about 16 or 17 I've used missheddy or mssheddy as…

Usually about an hour M-F, longer on the weekends. Some times throw in a few 20 or 30 minute walks if I have time.

Eggs, string cheese, greek yougurt, spinach, spring mix, avocados, whole wheat english muffins, spicy red pepper hummus, protein powder, milk. I could pretty much live a happy existence with those items.

Absolutely wonderful! You look amazing and incredibly happy!

Log all food on MFP and all non-step type exercise on MFP. I largely ignore the calorie reading on Fitbit and pay attention to what MFP tells me as far as that goes. The Fitbit dash board used to annoy me at first because early it the day it will show I'm way over calories even if I've only had breakfast so I just don't…

I average anywhere from 1600-1800 most days, but I bust my *kitten* at the gym everyday too. I lose about a pound a week, give or take.

Sparty!!! Sorry, totally random, but gotta appreciate a Spartan fan :-)

There was a teenage girl on my list who used MFP like facebook, posted completely random stuff or statements like "having fishsticks for dinner..." Deleted for basically being obnoxious.

Love this post, fabulous pics!! Needed to see this today after the scale ruined my morning and I was considering about cutting back on the weights. Nope, not gonna happen! Gonna run, lift, eat, repeat!

Day 20 done...wow, broke out in a sweat on that one!

Just ran 5K for the first time ever on Monday! Could barely walk 3 miles 6 months ago, let alone run it!
