I always eat fat free vanilla yogurt with Oats & More sprinkled on top. It seems to really help with my sugar cravings. Its still rather filling and good for me too.

Don't force yourself to eat those added calories unless you are actually hungry. If you are hungry and have earned those extra calories, salads are a great way to go.
