I have the best husband. He has supported me through all of this & he has also lost 61 lbs. We go to the gym together sometimes & do spin class & there are times we go alone, We have helped each other :love:

I think it is worth it. I have one (Polar FT7) & it comes in handy when I'm doing a spin class, so I know if I'm in the 70% or 80%

I love that stuff!!! I hate water, so I was using Crystal Light, but it was 15 calories & had other stuff..sodium, carbs etc. The Mi0 has no calories no sodium, nothing! You can add a lil or alot I add just enough to give my water some flavor...My favorite is the Strawberry/Watermelon

I go by how many calories I burn a day..I burn anywhere from 300-900 calories so I eat 1400-1500 a day I do not eat the calories I burned though

I have a polar FT7..I like it cause it has a cloth chest monitor vs a plastic one. Make sure u get one that is coded so that u are not picking up others heart rate. I have been told that eating at night is really not that bad as long as it isn't a four coarse meal...Have something light, your body burns calories even when you are sleeping :smile:
