My rest day is just when I am absolutely to busy to work out. Get home from work late, got something to take care of before bed etc .. I try not to let it be no more than 2 times in a 7day period though.. and I feel guilty if I have to do it twice to be honest.

I like to just peel fresh pomegranate, and put the seeds in cottage cheese. Its one of my favorite snacks when they are in season.

I haven't had those, but ordered some of those vita tops from the add that flashes sometimes on here and I hear they are great. They are 100cal and full of fiber and other good stuffs :) I will have to look into thsese brownies.

Hey thats good! concentrate on your sodium intake since you started dieting. If you are eating more packaged meals then you probably have increased your sodium. Try drinking more water if thats the case. You may be keeping some of the water weight which is replacing any fat you are shedding. Just a thought.. I am all up…

Im going have lunch at a cafe in uptown new orleans with a coworker/MFP buddy. I even made sure I did my exercise this morning to prep for the extra calories. Hopefully, it won't to be hot and we can enjoy a nice stroll with some window shopping down Magazine street. :) Have a great day!

there are some great low calorie drink recipes online, you should just google it and experiment .. lots of them are nice cocktails with fresh berries etc .. nice for the summer weekends.
