Hahaha-that's what I fantasize about too! I am happy for you-I hope I am you in another 60 lbs and sleep really well :)

Maybe invest in a heart rate monitor to make sure you aren't over exerting yourself during workouts. Having snacks before and after workouts helps me. I suffer from anxiety so I know how awful it is. I would definitely scale back your workouts and see if that helps. Don't push yourself if this continues. Try a different…

My dad told me when he was growing up and getting sick, his mother (italian) would make some kind of garlic paste and rub it on his chest and it worked wonders. He said he thinks it worked because nobody would go near him because he was stinky, lol. Love to hear about old fashioned remedies. But I am NOT wearing the garlic…

(((HUGS))) I know it's hard. Take a deep breath, find your inner strength, put your head down and plow ahead. Chances are things aren't going to change on his end so don't be afraid to put your foot down. This is for your health-the MOST important thing in the world. I don't make any excuses about taking time for myself to…

All good advice-thanks! I'm just starting the scratchy throat and mild congestion so I'm hoping it won't go full blown cold :) Tis the season! I will try the echinachea (sp?). I have heard this is good as well.

That is hilarious!!!

A little off topic-I don't usually use the treadmill, but I almost had an awesome wipe out one time while walking with no incline. I decided I wasn't going to hold on and because of lack of sleep I zoned out and when I snapped back to reality I was about 2 inches from falling off the back of the treadmill. Thank God I…

I'm sure she really appreciates all you do. It's most likely an oversight. I missed how you notified her about it-by voicemail or handwritten note? Possible she didn't get it? I would try again to speak with her. If it were me, I'd be mortified and embarrassed I accidentally shorted my nanny and would fix it right away.

He's a little bit "deer in headlights" about the whole thing. He's looking to me to determine whether it's ok to accept it or not. He's not used to anyone being so giving to him (other than my mom in the past years). He doesn't really know how to act or what to say. When she told him how proud she was of him, it made him…

Thank you everyone for your responses. I told my husband we need to give her a thank you card with a very heartfelt message of thanks and what she means to us. Doesn't even scratch the surface of the thank you she deserves but I think she will appreciate it. I hope I can be as great a mom to my little one as she has been…

Great job! Congrats on your success! You look beautiful. People should know laying down makes anyone look super thin. I'm sure standing up your ribs and hips aren't so prominent as in the picture.

Thank you fir sharing your story. You faced odds much harder than most people and have come out on top. I hope you give yourself all the credit you deserve for being so strong. I am very inspired by your success. Great job!

My husband and I bought our first house at age 21 (a few months before our wedding). Here are a few thoughts I have for you: House shopping was fun but stressful-way more stressful than I thought it'd be. Trust your gut and get a good realtor. If you feel like they're not doing a good job for you, fire them :) I'm sure you…

Try looking on plus size websites. I've seen lots of wide calf boots. Jessica London, Onestop plus, Avenue. I am in the U.S.

Thanks! I agree. I want to enjoy the holiday but not totally blow it.

Love it. Do the dvds at home. Pretty great workout and fun. Definitely try it out.

Yes, and have lost weight anyway. Don't be afraid to try! You can do it!

BWAHAHHAHAAHA!! So funny! I love how she pokes the kid with a stick....nice.

Oh my gosh, you are incredible! I have one child and can barely handle her waking me up at night. Well, and the dog and my husband snoring. LOL, yeah I think it is frowned upon...darn it!

I know! My sleep specialist said it's incredible I've been able to lose weight like I have because of the sleep deprivation. I told him it's a combination of starbucks and sheer stubborness that keeps me going :) I can just imagine how awesome I'll do if I ever get back to sleeping well. I get virtually no REM sleep, like…

Yeah sometimes I get lost in the cracker/granola bar aisle for an hour trying to pick the healthiest ones. Then I get overwhelmed and just pick whatever looks the yummiest :)

I am also sorry to hear so many others are dealing with this too. Lack of sleep will wreck your life! I'm sorry, I don't mean to put out a downer post, just feeling very frustrated and not sure where to vent it. At least until I get myself to the gym at lunch. That does help temporarily :)

The worst part of it is having to pick myself up and go work and go about my day pretending like I"m not completely miserable and ready to drop over. And it puts me in a horrible mood. I am a happy person and it's making me not feel like myself. Just want to stay in bed all day. Seriously. Getting treated for apnea-dental…

Thank you-this is great! I plan to try a little of everything and exercise in the a.m. I refuse to dread this holiday :) Now, Christmas is another story. Darn cookies!
-
That's awesome! You are on your way!

Me too! I used to be able to drink and enjoy it. Now I don't get drunk I just end up feeling ill after 2 drinks. WTH?

Fatchickslim Between the above, and Jason Statham, you have FABULOUS taste in men. :drinker:

I don't really have advice, just wanted to send good vibes your way. I know what a nightmare it is when everything in your body seems to just go haywire. They'll figure it out, just keep pushing for answers. I also had pituitary issues and had to have an MRI to check for a tumor. All was ok thankfully. Feel free to add me…
