  • I have heard of this. PM me the address and I'm happy to help :)
  • Thank you! Yes it does help. I have struggled with my faith but I am working on it and need to learn to pray more and trust the higher power.
  • I am horrified for you. Poor thing. What an aweful human being. And the worst part is, when you hear something so unexpectedly shocking, it's hard to come up with a quick response. I agree with the other poster who asked if the tea burned her face-that's what she deserved. (((HUGS)))
  • Seriously? That's enough. I'm posting on here for support, not a spelling lesson. That's quite condescending of you and unappreciated.
  • Thanks everyone. I am even very close with my next door neighbors. You would think that would help relax me too, if I needed anything they are there for us. Sleep is a major issue for me. I'm waiting on a dental appliance for sleep apnea that should be ready in a few weeks (Merry Christmas to me!). And my 3 year old wakes…
  • Thanks for the grammar lesson....
  • WOW! That is truly impressive! Great work! What an inspiration.
  • My mom would mix mashed potatoes, turkey, and stuffing together, then use it to fill the large size seashell pasta, then pour gravy over it (like spaghetti sauce on stuffed shells). Totally weird, but not too bad surprisingly.
  • I'm so sorry about your son. Thank you for sharing your thoughts. I will be watching him closely. I suffer from panic attacks so I know what to look for. I spoke to him a few minutes ago and asked him how he was doing. He said "huh? I'm fine, why?" .....Um WHY??? He's acting like everything's perfectly ok and that scares…
  • I'm so sorry to hear your story. A lot of what you said about your father sounds like what he wants to tell me but can't quite find the words. I know, I'm forcing myself to eat healthy now that I'm back home and that's possible. I don't really know what to say, it just really stinks right now and I feel absolutely terrible…
  • Thank you so much. It was kind of a miracle they were able to locate us at literally the last minute. She was already unresponsive, but we were able to talk to her. The nurses in the hospice said they believe the people can still hear you even though they can't respond. I guess there were studies done showing the brain…
  • YES!!! ^^^^^This. My thoughts exactly. Like Christmas around the world or something.
  • Aww! I didn't see your original post, but you are definitely not the only adult scared to death of the dentist. I think we are in the majority actually. I too feel like an idiot. My 3 year old does better at the dentist than I do! I had a c-section and survived that but can't get a simple cavity filled without going into a…
  • Um, yes. I went over my calories last night and was like, no I'm cranky I'm not recording it. After huffing around in bed rolling over 20 times, had to grab my phone and enter it, no matter how ugly or I wasn't sleeping. Sometimes feels like an obsession.
  • I understand - some people are the dumbest drivers. I agree though, that it's best to use caution with confronting a driver. You just never know what people will do-could be carrying a weapon, etc.
  • What, like a 3 year old who wakes you up 5 times a night for Lord knows why? I'm sorry to hear this, and you certainly wouldn't bore me with the details!
  • We all go through this. And it stinks! But keep it up, it'll come off. Are you doing any weight lifting? I started doing some simple free weight exercises and after an initial stall, the weight started dropping off big time and I'm noticing myself feeling stronger. You are doing an excellent job-don't get discouraged…
  • Oh don't get me started. Sleep is a touchy issue for me. I have a hard time getting anywhere near the amount I need. Sleep is very important for weight loss-this was told to me by my sleep specialist. My doctor said to try melatonin 5 mg a night 3 hours before bedtime for one month to try to help get into a regular sleep…
  • I totally agree.
  • Are you seeing a doctor? I'm sorry to hear you are going through this also. There are meds that will help you during these attacks, and doctors can teach you breathing and relaxation techniques to help also.
  • This morning, didn't realize hubby was awake before me (thought he was still in bed). Got up to go to the bathroom with my eyes closed and walked straight into the closed bathroom door. Owie! Apparently he thought it was hilarious...
  • Bread + meat + cheese + tomato sauce=pizza pizza -meat - cheese - bread = ? tomato sauce? Lol This went over my head
  • I know, hilarious. Like this is something new. Eat healthier, exercise. Period.
  • I WANT A NAP! And when I wake up....hmmm...some pineapple pizza. And then I want to go for a massage. And then go back to sleep. Yes, that would be the perfect ending to this day. What I will get is- no nap, a sassy 3 year old to fight with all night, some crappy broccoli leftovers, and muscle soreness from lifting. Loving…
  • If the dr's haven't mentioned it, ask them if he could possibly be bipolar. Bipolar is often misdiagnosed as depression. Ask if he would benefit from a mood stabilizer like Lithium or Lamictal. Rage can be the bipolar showing up. My husband had a rough childhood and also sometimes has issues controlling his temper. It's…
  • Awww! I'm so sorry you are dealing with this. I can completely relate. Panic attacks make you feel like you are dying, and anxiety just makes life miserable. As someone who has lived it and gotten better, I want you to know you WILL get better. Now getting you there is the challenge. I'm not quite sure which direction to…
  • Did my husband write this? I get a butt grab check every day to make sure it's not getting too small :)
  • Zumba! Love the new exhilarate set. Really fun.
