i was having the same problem changed my calories intake to 1400 a day started losing again. good luck:happy:

heaviest weight 211 currently around 166 got a way to go

my dr. told me i could have 3 serving of fruit a day. just to try to stay away from fruits high in sugar such as bananas and pears, ggod luck

i have a hp 17.3 inch screen love it . had it since feb. 2011.. have not had any problems with it:happy:

i try not to eat pasta or potatos in the same meal

i try to keep raw vegs. in the refigerator carrots, broccoli or cauliflower so if i want to snack just grab some of that. hope this helps

i am 5" 3' i am currently weighting 173.5 . but that is down from 210.5 . trying to get down to at least 150 not sure that is going to happen
