  • chocolate! Definetly chocolate. I bought some chocolate pudding that has only 60 calories in it and it seems to be doing the trick, but the grocery store line or gas station has been kind of difficult. I just have to say no! and keep walking.

  • Switch to diet when you get that craving. I am a dr. pepper drinker and I've made a vow to my son to be healthy for him. I've cut out the Dr. Pepper and switched to Diet Coke plus Vitamins and minerals. Its not the same, but does the trick.

  • Just wait until you get your scale. Some scales read differently and you could get discouraged. I just bought a scale at Wal-Mart for $9. Weigh your self in the mornings at the same time everyday (naked, after you pee, before breakfast). You should get a true reading that way.
