Thanks for your help I ended up working out my max sustainable loss and multiplying that by number of days to get the perfection date ( I'm a glutton for punishment too). Nice to just get a reply and know you're among others:) have a great day and best of luck!

Hi guys - I got no idea if I'm in the right area but you seem to know what you are talking about so may I ask: How can I see how long it would take to get to goal, if I stayed to cals every single day? I would like to stick to cals but sneak in a wee bit more exercise than I figure in so that I can beat it every time…
