  • Difficult one, but what I would like to achieve next year is the following: 1. lose 11lbs/5kgs 2. Complete first sprint triathlon 3. Participate in a run or cycling event every month (this may be too ambitious!) 4. Do a yoga session every week
  • I also love to cycle, but it's getting very cold here and it's a lot less appealing! I tend to be more motivated when I sign myself up to a challenge like running a half marathon. I've done a few cycle challenges and I'm toying with the idea of signing up to a triathlon to force myself to train.
