I'm 5'8 1/2'' 27 years old Highest Weight - 180 lbs Current Weight - 158 lbs Goal Weight - 145 lbs I do mostly at home cardio workouts (Treadmill & TurboFire) and my fiance and I go to the gym and lift Lift LIFT! (Love to Lift --> Deadlifts are my fav)

Just a little more info: I lost probably around 35 pounds in total since that picture was taken, lost the ten first on my own, then I hit a slump and that's when I started MFP. I lost the weight 1 pound a week on a span of around 8 months, always going for the weekly calorie goal instead of daily allowed me to occasionally…
