so with a total lifestyle change and move about a year ago, I totally lost my routine and drive to keep going....I hit a remission and gained approx 30 pounds putting me at 162.....as of monday i have restarted my journey and I am down to 158. no i do not go twice a day any longer...I attend the gym or partake in some type of high intensity activity for at least an hour 6 times a week, rest day on sunday

yes ......never give up...our bodies are a lot more strong and can handle more then what we think they can or give them credit for....you got this
