Cookbooks by Bette Hagman have been a life saver for me.

Well done. Great dress.

Yay! You did it! That's awesome! I've been so close myself a couple of times. It's annoying to be hovering just over 200#. Hope to be there myself by my 53rd Birthday by the end of March. Cut calories again and upped activity again. Glad to hear IT IS DOABLE.

These are awesome. Thank you people.

I agree produce isn't nearly as attractive in the winter months here in Maine. You look fantastic! Way to go. Have fun with it.

That's awesome! Good for you. You must feel terrific. You look great.

Fresh haddock topped with a few butter cracker crumbs, tomato slices, parsley, lemon, feta cheese baked and a side of asparagus and sweet potato.

Tera's Whey Bourbon Vanilla. Organic, taste great, blends easily, sweetened with stevia only.

We also became disappointed any time we ate out. Our home made food taste and texture is so much better.

I'm in. New at this. Bear with me, please. Look forward to some accountability for my health. Been lacking in the discipline department quite a bit these past few weeks. Thanks for the invite.

I keep hearing about this couch to 5k program. Where exactly do you get a hold of it. Is this an mfp program or a dvd to buy or??? Thanks

I love oatmeal in the morning. Especially in the winter. Agave, Stevia, or Maple Syrup only, but after reading all these great ideas I see I need to get more creative with my oatmeal.

Thanks. Worth the read, definitely.
