I would love to, depending on when it is. My wife and I have done this many times with other mfp friends. to me, i feel as if i am letting people down when i don't keep up my end of virtual runs so it keeps me accountable

Friend request sent! I am certainly open for all the support i can give/get. This battle is way easier with help. Everyone can add me if they want!

I have at least 70 lbs to lose if you want to add me. No one ever said "I have too much support"

daisy2jae rocks my world! She is an awesome person who has endured much more than anyone deserves to at her age. she is always cheerful and up beat. She always includes as many people as she can with her motivation. She is truly a class act!

Keep working at it, and you will still be able to do it! These events are 85 percent mental. For me it's always mile 20 or 21 of a marathon where i sit/run and mentally abuse myself for ever thinking that this was a good idea. If you had that drive once, you WILL get it back. I have faith. Stay safe and free of injuries!

Wow, you are all exactly correct! The sad part is that i have never thought about this until now. I will be haunted for life!

Where do I start? First, if you know me, you may be shocked to know that I have almost twenty tattoos. I also have two Polynesian tattoos, one on each arm, one meaning family and the other meaning survivor. I have a…

My advice would be to log your food even if you are having a bad day. I do this to show myself what i am putting into my body. so i get to a point when i see how high that number is, and finally tell myself "that's enough."

I've been using MFP for about a year and a half but only using it seriously for about 6 months. I like it because i can see what i am putting into my body, even if it is bad for me. It gives me a realization of what i am doing to/for myself.

The best things in life are also the hardest to accomplish. Never give up! Just like in weight loss, the more you put into it, the more you will get back.

For me, jogging vs running is all up to the individual. when i run at my usual pace, i consider that running. Anytime that i purposely run slower than my usual speed, i consider that a jog. That's just me.

You may not be eating enough calories. Your body may be going into starvation mode. Both my wife and I are in about the same weight range and we are eating well more than that...1900 for her to be exact. Do what works for you. Feel free to add me, i am never negative, and always encouraging.
