Feeling a little defeated... I'm not weighing this week because I am pretty sure I gained. Between the holiday and my 21st bday, it has been a rough week of eating and drinking. Started tracking again today and already feel better! Back to the gym tonight.. Congrats to everyone who did so well this week!!

Last week: 151.5 This week: 149! 2.5 lost and under 150! Can't say the last time i remember being in the 140's Feeling great!

Only lost .5 this week, but any loss is great for me! I had a tough weekend staying on track and did not work out as much as I should have. Its a new week!

I can honestly say this is the best I have felt in over a year. Just eating right and exercising every day has made my mental health better by 100%.
