I completed my first run today from the Couch to 5K programme and I'm very proud of myself, bit achy now but well worth it. Well done to you all too. Martyn

I've heard alot of people talking about adding rolled oats, fruit and some skimmed milk and ice cubes into a blender, whizz it together and then drink it. Fast, healthy and yummy :-)
