It's in most supermarkets, usually under the name 'Lite Salt' which is Potassium Chl vs. Sodium Chl. Hope that helps.

Fixed it for ya. Change your [IMG][/IMG] to lower case letters and they will work in your original post.

LOL, great post. I don't see anything at all wrong with it, I am a guy doing the 30DS also and have done P90 in the past.

I use Picasa from Google. Upload the pics there, then use the link provided by them to 'copy and paste' in your post. You have to add " " for the picture to show.

Just found this thread and read through it. I've been using MFP for about 7 weeks with good results and I now look forward to working out vs. dreading it. I mainly lift weights and do the elliptical but I am starting 30 day shred on 9-1. Great to hear how you guys are doing and I look forward to the support. -Jason
