  • I also workout at home....Insanity to be exact. It irks me to no end when my teenage son asks me questions during my workout...usually he chooses to start just as I am getting into the hardest part of the workouts. "Mom...can I take the car." "Mom...whats for dinner" "Mom...blah blah blah". One day I got so irritated I…
  • bourbon whiskey - old (pappy) rip van winkle Irish Whiskey - Jameson Both are favs...but of course Jameson is much more affordable so its my go-to for the most part...Pappy is for special occasions.

  • I love dancing. Once upon a time I wanted to take up competitive Latin Ballroom dancing. Music is also a passion of mine...singing, playing, and listening. And I am a water baby...so give me a pool, a beach or even a seat in view of water and I am happy.
  • Pay off my mortgage and make all the upgrades I want to my current house. Pay off my closest family members mortgages. Send my son to any college his heart desires and buy him a car. Oh...and meet Don Omar, marry him, and have many babies.  :blushing: :blushing:
  • Absolutely LOVE this!
  • I personally don't like going into the weight room because I often get the "can I help you" or "let me show you", but by no means do I let this keep me out of the weightroom when I feel the need to use it. Now I will qualify my dislike of the weightroom with the fact that EVERY machine and weight I have ever used in a…
  • Well half my friends list were friends before MFP. Those that I only know just from MFP...I have met none, but hopefully I will meet a few soon. Always good to meet motivating people!
  • AGREED! I am addicted to Insanity!
  • 43 lb weight loss is an AWESOME accomplishment!!! :flowerforyou: :flowerforyou: I am of the mindset that the weight was not put on overnight, so it surely wont go away overnight. My two cents...stop looking at what everyone else has lost and be PROUD of your accomplishment. Look at it this way...there are people looking at…
  • Yep...I admit it! I played flute from 5-12th grade. Marching band in high school for 3 years...1 year flute...2 years on the Pom squad. And I LOVED every minute of it! That's why I can walk long distances without a care in the world.
  • My wonderful pupster likes to follow me when I get home to the point where he is almost tripping me every step of the way. That I don't mind so much. It's when I give him his daily treat that the shinanagans begin. He is half jack russell terrier so he will flip and jump for treats, then take the treat and follow me…
  • Italy...vineyard hopping! :drinker: :drinker: :drinker:
  • This is only my 3rd month here but I dont see myself stopping once I get to my goal. I may not log on as often after I am there, but I think I will certainly keep the account active for accountability purposes once I enter the maintenance phase. And the hot guys are CERTAINLY motivation to keep the account. Just sayin!…
  • Who knew that looking at your license could be such a great confirmation of our progress! Great job! Thanks everyone for sharing! Kudos to those who have reached and/or gone beyond their goals, and way to go for those who continue to keep up with this weight loss journey!
  • Yeah it would have been for sure! LOL Glad y'all weren't that mean!
  • Where's the fun in that?!?!?! You would never know what the real weight would be without asking. LOL! And that would weed people out real quick...you ask the person..."How much do you REALLY weigh?". That line would disappear with the quickness. HAHAHA Guess you were better off keeping it to yourselves! :drinker: :drinker:
  • HAHA...you can post that thread! Glad to say I can report $0 spent! LOL
  • Oh my! Not at the bar! How many times did you get slapped by the women who you were overguessing? Hopefully...you just kept it between you and the other bouncers. LOL Lemme guess...the cute ones you grossly underguessed and they gave you a big hug and a smile?
  • Thats FREAKIN AMAZING! Great weightloss journey! Congrats! :flowerforyou: :flowerforyou:
  • Isn't it great seeing your progress! I really love looking at pics of me heavier...even greater motivation to keep the weight off and continue losing!
  • Sweet! Feels good doesnt it! I am glad they didnt comment on how much weight I have gained...I would have been embarrassed! :blushing: I actually wondered if they even looked at it. LOL...now I know. Hopefully by the time I fly next I will be at or below mine.
  • Thats AWESOME! ME...30 lbs the other direction...haha. SMH :noway:
  • I wonder why weight is even stated on them here in MD. Interesting...good to know all states dont ask such a silly question.
  • Oh my! :noway: Well I am glad I asked the question now so you can get that fixed! So sorry you have to sit at the motor vehicle though...I hate it when I have to go there!!!   But glad you are close to the weight...if that is a goal weight of yours!
  • No but seriously. I think you should tell your son that he needs to handle it. I agree with some of the others...you need to let go and let him handle his apartment issues. If it was a legal issue then yeah...step in and help guide him to resolve, but honestly the fact that he even felt the need to mention it to you is an…
