As long as the calories in the pizza are included in your calories for the day, it isn't a big deal. We had pizza partys where i worked and I would eat less for lunch.

Just counting calories is the best "diet"! I stall out occasionally too. Just keep it up! If you keep your calories under control, you'll get there. Do you have a Planet Fitness in your area? It's a really good gym!

Congratulations!! I started at 271, current 215. I get stuck it seems. I was stuck in the 220s, then finally the 2 teens. I am stuck there again. My goal, i guess, is 175. I got a lot more exercise when I worked, but lost that job. Now I try to walk every day.

I don't try to eat my exercise calories back. I try to keep may calories around 1,100 - 1,200. But if I go over a bit because of exercise I'm OK with it.

Maybe menopause is rearing it's head?? That isn't a horrible thing. Can you IMAGINE "NO more periods"?? lol. You can work around a lack of "desire" I would think.

I don't pay any attention to the BMI charts because they take NO account for your bone structure. Someone with a large frame will be slimmer with a higher weight than someone with a small frame. It doesn't look at that at all!

A McDonald's ice cream cone is only 170 calories. I'm sure you could work that into your calories.

Would it be possible for you to buy one of those really small refrigerators? You could put your food in it and never see the junk they have in their refrigerator. Maybe get a cabinet that is just YOUR stuff and never look at theirs. Maybe that would help.

If you weren't overweight, then WHY did you come to MFP in the first place?? I personally could NOT keep up with how many calories I eat without MFP! Everybody is different. I for example don't feel the need to eat the calories that I burn with exercise. Others do. Everybody is different. If MFP causes you this much stress…

I personall set mine at what MFP says my BMR is. *I* am not hung up on eating my exercise calores like so many on here preach. Probably works different for all of us!

My husband calls me "skinny" all the time. I am ANYTHING but!! That is the most depressing thing to me.... loose 86lbs and I'm STILL fat!! Just not AS fat, lol. He points out the bones on my back and shoulders that didn't used to show. And he BRAGS on me all the time!! Shows people my pic of what I USED to look like!

At first my goal was 180 and I started at 266. But then, I thought 100lbs would be good. If i get to 166, that will be what I weighed when I got married! It isn't easy!! I lost 86lbs, but then got "tired" of dieting. Since then I have yo-yo'd with 20lbs. But, I am DETERMINED to NOT gain that weight back!!!

I agree that BMI is ridiculous! It absolutely DOES NOT take into account your frame size. I am 5'6 with a large frame, When I weighed 260 people guessed my weight at around 200. Do you have a Planet Fitness in your area? Their mottos are "No judgement!" and "You belong!" And they are just $10 a month. I have seen all kinds of people in there from my size, to really fat, to "What do they need to go to a gym for?" lol. Look em up!

One day at a time!! You might do great for a week or month, then have a day or 2 or 3 where you eat what you aren't supposed to. Put that past you and forge on! Adopt the "tomorrow's another day" attitude!

Is the "bod pod" as bad as the charts that they give you to measure? The charts give absolutely NO ACCOUNT for your frame size!! All it asks for is your height, sex and weight. I pay no attention to it!

Not to mention that 13lbs isn't much to SEE a difference. I personally have to loose at least 30lbs before ANYBODY notices. What are the before/after weight loss differences you are looking at? I have lost 85lbs so there is definitely a difference. You will get there!

I would like to loose a 2 month old horse by Oct 17. Not sure I see that happening....
