Thanks for all the help. I have set the activity level to lightly active, as i do move around a lot in my job, and my net is now ( ive set it to 1500) I will struggle to eat all of my daily exercise calories, as they will be quite a lot of them. I feel as can sustain 2 pounds a week. Regards

If i change it to lose 1 pound a week instead if 2 pound i goes up to a goal of 1770 :huh:
