If you're exercising you may actually gain weight. Muscle weighs more than fat. I just went through 4 weeks of not losing a pound but was exercising alot. Even though on the scale there wasn't weight difference, I could tell in my clothes that there was a difference.

If I work out at midnight or later, I log it for the prior day, even my 3am workouts. The reason I do it this way is because I have not yet gone to sleep and ended my day.
