I've read it a lot already, but it can't be said enough- double up! Regular and sports bra, layered. Keeps you from having to replace sizes as often too, so not as hard on the wallet.

Why label this "guys." Of course we women can't ignore anything! Lol Personally, idk what hair color he has, or if he even has hair! Salt n pepper is sexy tho!

I love the way you re-worded that! And thank you for both your compliment and the greater compliment of following my blog. It is definitely a concept I believe a numerous Christian women struggle with. SO good to get the feedback that I'm not alone in my struggles. We ARE wonderfully made, and it is time that we own it!…

Dear Dr. Ed- Great advice. I just wrote about a thousand page blog about struggling with this very thing yesterday- focusing on the negatives, rather than the positives. I wonder why it is that our brains KNOW what to do, yet our emotions don't always align with what's intelligent? It is strange the way we can often look…

I weigh every morning too, though I try to log on the weekends. I just do it in the morning, since gravity pulls on you the more the day increases, and so you're lightest when you first get up. And I'm wearing a lot less too!

My diary is open to the public and a lot of friends actually look at it when they comment (for the record, I rarely look at anyone else's diary; idk why, just me, I guess!); so when I have those really bad days... and thankfully, I've only had one in the past six weeks... I log the food, but I don't finish the update until…

Girl, too bad I'm in Oklahoma, cause I would love a tennis partner! I used to play all the time in college, but I know I'm not that good anymore. I know it would come back with practice. My ex-bff and I used to play all the time, and once she moved away, I haven't played. Funny- her name was also Amanda (Mandy). So, move…

Obviously you've been running longer than me, but I have read that doing a lot of downhills can cause blisters. I only ever read about the uphills, but surely that means you're doing downhills too? I dont have any advice, but just keep that in mind. :flowerforyou:

She's a cutie! (and yep, I grew up on a dairy farm... so I guess I could also be the milkman's daughter, but that's a whole other can of worms! and no cute country songs about that one that I know of)

Dear Cowboy Ed- You make me smile.  , Farmer's Daughter Tonya p.s. :smooched:

Dear Dr. "Daddy" Ed- Although it is impossible for you to be MY dad, this is the kind of thing I wish he'd say to me and make me feel like his princess. (Except for the sexy, hot, and hubba hubba parts! lol) He's a great parent, but has never been the touchy-feely emotional type, and so it was and is hard for me to feel…

What a wonderful post from YOU! =) I agree, I can post things on here, that I am uncomfortable sharing with RL friends on Facebook. Just this week my doctor told me the best weight loss program out there was Weight Watchers, and I looked at him and said, um, no, you obviously haven't heard about myfitnesspal.com! I get…

I've never had cute tiny bras, except maybe in the fourth grade, but I don't remember back that far... but this! I want to be able to stop wearing bras altogether!

It was a Thursday. *shrugs* I don't really know. I was just ready.

tomatoes, cucumbers, watermelon (yes, it has calories, but one serving only has 48 calories and is a cup, which is a LOT of watermelon), or popcorn, popcorn, popcorn

I started at 280, and have been doing it for two weeks. I thought the C25K program would fit well. It does. Like you, I walked a lot, and the first week wasn't hard at all. This week was also surprisingly easy, though I'm nervous about next week, and may repeat this week if the first day I run next week is too much. You…

I think this is a FANTASTIC idea! Not even about competing for a free cruise, but celebrating my success with other people who've also worked their rears off to be successful. Love, love, love this! I'm in! Plus, I'll be looking pretty smoking then! :-)

I try to have a large breakfast (400-500) calories around 8; a small snack (100 cal) around 10; a large lunch around noon or one (400-500 calories); a small snack around 3; and then a small supper (200-300 calories); if I have extra calories from exercise, I MAY have a evening snack, but eat past 7 tends to give me…

Dear "Doctor" Ed- You are an awesome therapist! You send such lovely energy out into the world, it is no wonder that people flock to be by your side. I believe the Bible calls this the gift of encouragement, and it is such a lovely thing to see someone use his gift so freely and openly. The motivation you offer is…
