Hi guys-- I hear you a thousand percent! I lost a little over 50 pounds in 2011 and then met my now-husband. Over the past four years since then, I've gained it all back, and then some. It's taken me a while to get back to a place, mentally, where I could "come back," but I'm ready now, and I'm looking for support (and…

Oh my goodness, I wish I lived closer!!!

I can't tell you anything definitive about the calories, but one exercise (walking) shapes up very specific parts of your body, while the burpees, yoga, etc., work various others, plus strengthen core muscles. So overall, consider which benefits your health in the long run the most! (Except, I like them all, so maybe I…

I'm logging my calories and exercising daily. That's my plan and I'm sticking to it! =)

May 18th- that's the day! I'm not doing the whole girly thing though. Sorry ladies! =) But I DO want to be my healthiest and look my best. We're doing a Warrior Dash that day, then saying our "I Do's" after we cross the finish line together. We are both working on getting healthier, and that's very special. =)

David had been gone on an offshore job for a month, and we had made date plans almost the first week he had been gone. He wanted to take me to a restaurant where we'd had our first faux fight over. (On his birthday, I wanted to take him to Carrabba's in Oklahoma City, but the GPS took us to a closed place. Frustrated, we…

I'm doing elliptical and treadmill and stairclimber for cardio. I'm not sure yet about weights, but I want the nerve to try Zumba, spinning, and yoga!

By May 18th, my goal is to lose 40lbs. Plus, be in great shape, health wise, to complete a 5k obstacle course, since that's our wedding venue. :-)

Hi! My name is Tonya, and I'm supposed to get married May 18th, which doesn't exactly fit the group's description, but I figured, what the heck?! :-) I'd love to lose 56 pounds by then, but that is a bit extreme, so I set up to lose 10 pounds a month, which is close. My biggest goal is to be in better shape by then, since…

Great transformation already!convrats on seeing your hard work pay off! :-)

My lower belly is my worst part, modding the apron thing, even though I'm not that big anywhere else. But I'm not confident enough to show pictures. Maybe when I've lost 90 lbs I will? Congrats on your awesome loss and your bravery.

I have the app for the iPhone, but I really love mine. I've found it much more reliable than the couple of other apps I tried to use. I used the C25k (when it was called that) app, so was very familiar with how it worked already. But that's my experiences with the iPhone app, not an android app, though I'd think they'd be…

Love it! :-) Mine is primarily centered around my belly, but it is slowly disappearing. Gonna run til I no longer jiggle! :-)

I'm excited to get this thing started! =)

I doubt all three pieces of clothing are the same size. I imagine they have the same numbers on them, but different measurements. Plus, people lose weight from different places on their bodies. While my pants changed 4-6 sizes with my 45-50 pound weight loss, my tops only changed 2 sizes.

To the original poster--definitely find myself fighting increased cravings pre-period. Some months I'm better equipped to handle it and some I'm not. I've learned that if I will increase my water and satisfy my cravings with foods that I can eat a lot of for little calories, then I do better. Popcorn is my #1 go-to for…

Awesome transformation!

Congratulations on a wonderful achievement.

As, that's totally cute! :-)

Thank you for sharing.

I'm so glad you posted this. I've been debating whether or not I wanted to get one. I think the sleep info alone might be worth it, but I really like how it shows the overall deficit for the week. It does have a phone app, right?

Like the others said, it's really noticeable in your face, though probably that's because your body is sorta hidden in the second pic... congrats on 18 pounds!

I was not happy with the way it ended. I thought only 30 minutes had passed! For me, it just didn't read as a suspenseful ending. Plus, unlike the majority, I was definitely unhappy with Rick's speech. I couldn't stand Shane, and Rick turning into Shane is NOT a good character development. However, I think most of his…

Well, I'm still glad Shane is dead. I'll be truly upset if Darryl goes, but since I have never read the comics, I'm pretty clueless about upcoming episodes. Now, someone beat some sense into Carl. Don't forget that kid pulled a gun on his own father before Shane ever rose up as a walker. Makes me wonder if he isn't really…

Pretty sure he "manned-up" when he shoved that knife in his best friend's gut.

I've been wondering for some time now how they didn't all get infected with all the blood splatter. They foreshadowed something like this with those officer guys the day Shane and Rick went after each other over the kid. Shane was right to kill that kid, much as it pains me to admit it, but stupid for lying about it the…

If they don't build a life outside their survival, what's the point in surviving? That's what Lori was trying to get across to Andrea. Sure Andrea comes across as all bad-*kitten*, but really, she's pretty much worthless. At least Lori works and cares for people. Andrea's big contribution so far? Shooting Darryl. Sure, she…

That's both sad and sweet at the same time. Sad that he'd feel that when you were overweight, and sweet that he's clearly proud of the changes. You are a hot mom! =)
