Yeah, you didn't think this one through, did you? Confidence is attractive; don't worry about our opinions--concern yourself with your own. Good luck, though--you do look fit and healthy, so congrats.

O,ay, I didn't take time to read all the comments, but this is hilarious, freaky, awesome, and scary all at the same time! Thank you for sharing! :-)

Congrats!

You don't even look like the same person- congrats on such a fantastic transformation!

I'm definitely an apple shape too, and it sucks, except for the gorgeous legs part. I will probably have to lower my goal as well, but I'm nowhere near close enough to tell. I'm glad you posted, though. It's nice to know I'm not alone in the skinny legs/no butt tribe! =)

You not only look fantastic, but your dresses are all stunning too--especially the red one. I adore it!

Hahahahaha! Love it!

I can't believe I almost forgot this one-- Mickey and Minnie's "The Gift of the Magi"

I was eating eggs quite often, because, like many of you, I find that they're very filling. But despite a much healthier diet, my cholesterol has gone up, so it makes me nervous about having eggs as often now.

a. I thought these deserved to be posted again. b. I've got a race in the morning, which means I might get to see real life people with legs like these- bonus!

Another side effect I've noticed- my dogs love me more. Creepy. :smooched:

I am by no means an expert, but I did read about a training method where you use a clicker (or other sound device--consistency is key) every time you leave, so that he associates that sound with your leaving and it lets him know you're going to return. I don't really have this issue, so I'm not sure how well that works.…

I realize people are enjoying bashing this article, but the researchers themselves say that more information is needed. The fact is, though, once the test subjects were on the maintence phase for a year, they weren't maintaining, but were gaining, and their hormone levels had not equalized. Despite the shocking number of…

How many times have we seen men dressed as women, with massively oversized breasts and giants butts? If it is okay for a gender to be "caricatured" then what's the problem with an aspect of a culture being caricatured? After all, geishas don't define the entire Asian culture just as cowboys don't define the entire…

It's a waste of money for me, since I much prefer to count calories than to have convert calories to points. I found WW more complicated. I DID like the meetings, but if I didn't have the inner motivation to start with, I didn't go ton them, so they didn't work. Good luck to you though.

I used to go to church with a kid named Hashi.

Spiders and tight spaces (my recent MRI made me aware of the second in a huge way!)

Hahahahaha! That's why I said legs for women- I was thinking of yours and how gorgeous your leg muscles are. I almost said arms too, cause I remember your softball "gun."
-
I agree. And hands. (on a man) For a female... usually legs, though that can be misleading. My legs have always been well-formed and muscular, though my midsection.. well, that's why they invented tents, right?

Cheetos, candy, candy, candy, cookies, pies, cakes, soft drinks, and candy. :ohwell:

I try to buy sugar free creamers (that still have the fat in them). However, add up how much you spend on that, and that might be your motivator to drink less! Last time I went to the store and bought creamer, I realized I was going to be drinking a LOT less coffee!

If you want a "quasi" fruit, go with tomatoes or cucumbers. Although, I love all kinds of fruit. They've been what has saved me from going crazy with sugar cravings. My faves are watermelons, grapes, and bananas. =)

I've only been running since the end of July, and I only run three days a week (do circuit training three days and rest one), and I'm super slow, so I probably average 2-3 miles per day, so 6-9 per week. You are definitely not the same category of beginner as me! LOL

Ha! women totally collect too. I had one female friend who said she wasn't taking any more FR's, she deleted me, then added a male friend who had a mega hot profile pic posted. She's def a collector, but hey, men don't seem to mind that from what I've seen.
