my dietician said eating yogurt is horrible if your counting calories and keeping track of sugar intake. eating one little yoplait strawberry/bannana flavored is just as much as drinking 1 can of soda... I had no clue about that till recently. i always thought eating yogurt was a good and healthy snack but apparently not…

my thing too, is if i work out more i'm allowed to eat more... somebody explain that. now i know that is going to sound flat out ridiculous to some. but i'm not sure. this whole diet thing confuses me at times. H E L P!!!!

also, they are great in size! small, little purple pills... I've seen some huge pills that tasted awful. I really like them and i highly recommend them :)

They worked for me!!!! I took just 1 pill each morning for about 3 weeks and then i was able to double the dosage to 2 pills a day. I lost 16 pounds within 3 months along with doing vigorous indoor cycling. I tried to watch what i ate but i can't say that i did really good with that, either way i lost weight. These pills…
