Feel free to add me. I'm down 12 lbs--looking to lose 10 more.

Love the interval-training strategy!

I watch my calories (my goal is 1320 a day) and try to do cardio 4-5 times a week (usually 40-50 minutes of step aerobics DVDs). I just started 30 DS yesterday, so I'm excited about that. I've lost 12 lbs. since July 11, so MFP definitely works! :)

I think I'm actually starting to become addicted to MFP! I've lost 12 lbs. since July 11--nothing else has been this effective for me. I LOVE IT! My phone has WebOS, so no app for it (yet, I hope). Anyway, welcome! Feel free to add me as a friend.

I'm also trying to get a bunch of cardio in, too. I like to do 40-50 mins. of step aerobics in addition to the 30DS if I have time to work it in. I only burn about 150 calories doing 30DS, so I definitely need to get something else in there.

I started yesterday! Fairly sore in my glutes, quads, and pecs today, so I'm scared about today's workout

That's awesome--I consider that I huge victory (those free carbs on restaurant tables are my nemesis!) :)

That's awesome! I'm pretty close to that at 12 lbs. lost. Can't wait to be able to say it's 15, too

I've gotten pretty good at taking just something small instead of filling up a plate. Let's me feel like I'm partaking without messing up my calories. There was a really nice breakfast spread at work last week, and I took just one mini cinnamon roll. It was totally satisfying, and it was only 60 calories. I was also sure…

Restaurant food is evil. I applaud you for having fantastic intentions! Do some extra minutes of working out over the course of this coming week, and you'll make up for those extra calories.

I love the Isagenix Isalean ones. I mix them 74% vanilla and 25% chocolate.

I had LASIK in 2000, and I'd do it again in a heartbeat! They have me a Valium to relax me before I went into the room, and then I reclined in a chair similar to the one at a dentist's office. I was nervous about the contraption that holds the eye open, but it only felt like wearing swim goggles, so it was no problem at…

All GREAT suggestions! Thanks so much. It helps just know that there are other teacher-moms out there who are struggling with the same issues!
