that sounds great...another thing that used to work for me was walking lunges while holding two 5 lb weights...5 steps each way 3 or 4 times, worked great

yea i saw that, we can only do what we can do and tomorrow is a new day! I posted a challenge for us for tomorrow that is a little long but not too hard and people on different levels can adjust it to fit them

For those of us w. no current access to a gym or home machine here is my proposed challenge... 45 minute brisk walk 3 sets of 20 jumping jacks 30 calf raises (i put 5 lb weights on each of my shoulders) 30 crunches 10 pushups 3 sets of 12 bicep curls (if you don't have weights, use something else!) 3 sets of 15 step-ups…

OK Reds, I don't know if you've all been reading the Purple teams challenges and posts but they are tough! For anyone on I say get out of bed or away from the computer for a few minutes and do 10 squats, 20 crunches, and 5 pushups?

the red team is brand new and our 1st weigh in is wednesday! just message jennifun with your starting weight to get on the team and on wednesday look for a post that says red team weigh in and post ur most current weight Good Luck! :drinker:

How have the reds been doing?? I've lost 2 lbs but didn't do too well today :sad: I also have a lot of trouble getting in the fruits veggies and water! I need to step it up for wednesday!

i always found friday to be a good day b.c then we have the weekend if we r going to cheat :bigsmile: and then get back on track monday...not that anyone would cheat...but it makes you look forward to the weekend alot!

the other day i went over almost 3,000 calories and just started fresh the next day! its not the end of the world :smile:
