I am recovering from elbow surgery that I had in Nov 5 - I fractured my arm in 4 places and had to have surgery. Currently there is still one fracture so I am limited to do any strength training with my upper body for now. Soon as I am cleared I cant wait to get back to working upper body!!! I LOVE LOVE LOVE my scale!! It really puts things into perspective! Before 1 cup or 1/2 cup usually meant how much I could squish into one the measuring cup. Now I actually know :)
