What are you doing to help you reach your goal weight?
I am trying to exercise 5-6 times a week. Trying to get 2-3 times strength training in to build muscle which will help me burn more cals and tone up. Hold on for dear life as they have their treadmill is on a 20 incline. Just love this show!!! It's incredible to see how much weight/inches people can loose in only 4 weeks. I understand they have a personal trainer to workout with some days, but still! THis is definetely motivatin to be really strict for 4 weeks, and see amazing results :)
