Sometimes I think it is :) Not everyone loses weight easy and it can almost become like rocket science. Or,it could just be me!

  • It's sounds solid to me. Weight loss is different for everyone...due to genetics, metabolic weight, age, sex and medical conditions. So, the idea of customization of a diet appeals to me. I have a degree on dietetics and I know how to eat healthy but eating healthy is different than eating to lose weight. So, it actually is a SCIENCE, maybe not rocket since but definitely science. What I need is a customized diet for my particular set of genetics, age, sex, medical conditions and a customized diet for my trouble spots and fitness goals.....I may try this. Because other programs ARE NOT customized, they are one size fits all....
