So, here's the deal..

Free to everyone and you can join at any time!

Started Oct 1st - I know I am late posting

The challenge is simple...

Exercise 24 hours (1440 minutes) total in the month of October.

CAN YOU DO IT??

People always ask what exercise counts. . It's TOTALLY up to you - I personally only include things I do specifically for exercise (not cleaning). It's a challenge for yourself so you decide.

    2 - 50 min treadmill

    Total: 1 hour 20 mins 80/1440 mins

    Fabulous I LOVE it! I'm going to log everything except weights! Perhaps we should start a group? Are we keeping track or is someone else?
    walking- 40 mins
    Arc trainer- 20 mins
    Stairs- 10 mins
    total = 70 mins

    Ooh I like the sound of this one! I'm in :)

    1: Gym (Cross trainer, bike, rowing machine, strength training)
    90 mins
    2: Nothing
    0 mins

    Total so far: 90 mins

    I only do gym every other day as I'm at university and need to fit in all my work etc. Tomorrow I plan to do another Gym session and a 45 minute swim.

    I'm in again. Love this challenge because it is a challenge for me. Missed last month due to surgery but am recovered and ready to tackle this.

    This is my first post! I just recently re-started myfitnesspal. Need to lose 20 lbs and my goal for the month of October is 5 lbs. I love the idea of 24 hours of exercise for the month! Count me in!!!!!

    I'm heading home to 100-degree heat (live in Southern California), but I will commit to getting outside to take a nice walk when the sun goes down. Maybe I'll sweat off a little extra weight! : )

    The pool was closed today :( but tomorrow I'm back in the gym plus a swim as I know its open for sure cos I asked at reception!
