  • That is wonderful advice!! I knew that part that it should be tough the last few reps of each set. so 3 times a week, and when I add arms back in does that mean only 3 times in total each week... like 2 times for legs 1 time for arms... or 3 times for arms and 3 times for legs?

  • I too was an ice cream addict lol Now I eat the odd ice cream - I just measure it to the one serving. OR I eat DElmonte vanilla frozen yogurt with mixed berries - super delicious!!! and I don't feel too bad if I splurge and have 2 servings
