  • Good plan hun!! I definetely feel more tired/sluggish when I haven't worked out in awhile. Exercising really does make you feel better and more energetic. If anything the holidays are the time thats its most important to work out :)
  • Way to go for sticking with it :) When I did 30 DS before I noticed inches lost the most too, not weight. But its still GREAT results
  • Oh and P.S if you find that you are reallllly sore than dont fret to take a rest day! You will only do more damage if you work yourself too hard
  • even at my weight of 130 I find that I am sore with this DVD as well, there is a lot of jumping and exercises that are hard on the knees. It definetely takes a toll. But as others have mentioned the sore muscles is since yu are working muscles that you are not used to using. Keep at it hun!!

  • I have done the shred a couple times, pretty much all of it was done with 3 lbs. As someone else mentioned it does KICK YOUR BUTT!!!! I used 5 lbs for shoulders or back exercises only
  • You look amazing!! You dont look like you need to loose 20 more lbs.

  • i fell and fractured my elbow in 4 spots on Nov 5 - was in hospital for a few days than had surgery nov 9, Needless to say I cant shred anymore :( Good Luck everyone, edinphx you are doing AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Level 1 day #4 donezo.. over 1/3 of the way done level 1, heck almost half way! Did shred after a 60 min step class, I thought it would be more difficult but it turns out it felt easier!! I must be getting stronger :) Let's keep it up!!

  • Don't deny yourself all together, if you really want chocolate than have a mini chocolate bar to satisfy you. Or if you dont think you could just stop at one try something else that might curb your craving.. chew gum, get up and do something active to get your mind off of it.
