I was just researching this online becaue I want to make some this week as well.. Here is one that I am going to try 1/4 cup frozen fruit (strawberries, blueberries, blackberries) 1/2 cup yogurt (I'm using blueberry) some ice cubes (not too many because I am using frozen fruit which has water in it)

I just checked back on the past few weeks and I burned anywhere from 1600-2100. So 3500 is a lot more than I normally do - so it will definetely be a challenge! The one I have is a Sportline DUO 1010 a Dual Use Heart Rate Monitor. I LOVE IT!!! You can use the chest strap or you can touch the watch part each time you want a reading (I prefer the chest strap) I couldnt tell you how much it was because it was a birthday gift from my b.f - BEST GIFT EVER!!!!!!!!!!!

I did it!! I ran a whole 5KM at the gym tonite! usually I dont have enough time to stay on the treadmill because of work shifts. With a 5 min warm up and 5 min cool down i can only run for 30 mins. But I went tonite because I had things to do during the day today and I got in 35 mins of running and it was 5Km!! Soooo proud…
