Aww, I must be in the only place in the UK that isn't sunny this morning! :( :( Feel free to add me, I log daily, don't usually track my exercise though as I'm concentrating on weight training and don't log it as a calorie burn! I do cardio 2-3 times a week. :)

You can lose weight but you won't be healthy and you will probably end up 'skinny fat'. It is all about calorie deficit but if you're looking for a toned, fit body you will need to adapt to cleaner eating. I'm also a fussy eater but I eat as clean as possible, you can add me to look at my diary, I eat a lot of the same…

I eat two whole eggs every morning and I'm healthy. :) I don't do the egg white thing because they have nowhere near the same nutritional value, give me whole eggs anytime. As others have said above, it has been proven wrong many times that eggs are bad for you unless you do have a problem and it's orders from a doctor to…

Workout clothes/shoes, cute dresses, heels, get my hair or nails done. Things that make my new body look better. I'm not allowing myself to reward myself with food, it just starts the bad habits again. :-)

Other than when I'm working out, ill or just having a bad day, I like to make an effort but that's just me. It's not open to comments from people who should mind their own business! & if they catch me on a bad day, it's on their own head... lol!

my dog goes mad when I do floor exercises. Starts trying to lick my face and jumps on me, trying to get me to play! I have to try workout when my partner's there so he can restrain him. :-) my cat couldn't care less, she's old and lazy!

From now on I'm sleeping with ear plugs!

Ask her about it, tell him she lied, go to brunch with him instead. Looks like he said yes in hope you were going too. Him saying to you means he feels bad that you're not going/is unsure about it and didn't want to upset you.

I think the best way is to have both cardio and weight training. :) I wish I'd started weight training sooner, I'm now 'skinny fat', desperate to tone up. Would've happened a lot sooner if I'd combined weights and cardio. :)

I love broccoli! Steamed or added to stir fries. I'm obsessed with it! <3

I think you should look up the info on HelloIt'sDan's page... He gave some good advice. If you aren't providing your own body with enough nutrients to sustain itself then what nutrients are going to be left for the baby you are breastfeeding? I think you should maybe stop doing 30DS, up your calories and concentrate on you…

It will be water retention, make sure you're eating enough and drinking enough water. If your muscles cannot get enough of what they need they will hold onto water to help repair themselves.

I don't have kids but even seeing some kids and what they eat breaks my heart. One of my friends, that I no longer hang out with, takes her toddler (just turned 2) to McDonald's twice a week, and has been going since she was eating solid food. I no longer hang out with them because they were enabling my bad habits too…

I think diet has most to do with it. Lack of knowledge about nutrition or what bad food does to your body. Portion sizes. Greed. People want what they like and they want it now! Convinience. Everything is there, ready and waiting for you. And partly laziness. To not want to learn or spend time making good, real food.…

I used to only eat around 500 - 600 cals a day, I'm now up to 1000 - 1200. I just went for it, increased my calories to nearest my allowance as I could because I figured I would gain some back anyway from eating so low I may as well just get that over with and start over 1200 or there abouts. The trick to gaining as little…

I have my eyes on a original Harley Quinn catsuit/jester outfit but it's a size UK8 so I need to get down another 1 - 2 sizes. Me and my boyfriend are going together, he's the Joker. :P

I lost two sizes, now I can fit UK size 4! Tiny feet! Lol!

I understand, I'm a hairdresser. When I was training at 16 it was all skinny, blonde (real and fake), ditzy types. I didn't fit in at all! It's changed a lot now in the few years, a lot more alternative types, like me. Still feel the pressure to be skinny though! I work in a industry that is expected to work hard and with…

My family kept telling me I was getting fat for a long time, it hurt so I did something about it. I'm now 134lbs at 5'2.5", I could do with losing a bit of the tummy and thighs I still have but now my family and friends say I am getting too thin! It still hurts my feelings but when I say that they expect me to be fine with…

What about night courses? You wouldn't have to give up your job and most colleges can offer funding as can the Prince's Trust. Good luck in whatever you choose. :-)

<< my current work in progress. I have 10 others, two other big pieces but don't have pics, on mobile.

Yorkshire here! Feel free to add me! :-)

You need to keep your chin back. (ETA: always look at the ceiling, not in front you.) :-) And to help, imagine there is a rope pulling you up from your chest instead of your neck.

Tattoos Facial hair A guy who knows what he wants in life and works hard but still needs me to take care of him at the end of the day when he comes home. :-) that ones a bit deep, I know! Lol!

As someone else mentioned, heavy weights! I'm a shorty too, I was stuck until I changed my loss per week to 0.5lbs and added weights. I'm eating more but losing again! :-) And my body is looking better from weight training! :-)

Look non the internet or call in to the restaurant for a menu. I decide from there what's best for me, usually just eat what I want. Just try work it off the day after with a good workout! Which also stops me drinking so much, the thought of working out with a hangover is scary. Lol!

Neither, I like Stinking Bishop. :-P

I'm in UK too! I'm 22, quite near my goal now but feel free too add me for support! :-)
