Two eggs, either poached, scrambled or soft boiled, with 1 slice wholemeal bread, toasted. Or fruit with natural yogurt. Or two grilled veggie sausage, grilled tomato, hash brown and a fried egg. ( usually Sunday's breakfast) :-)

If you're not logging your food correctly you could be massively under estimating what you're eating even if you think it is similar.

I heard the best way to cook some veggies was either steam or microwave as boiling can take out the nutrients. Other than that I don't touch the microwave. :-)

I definitely used to relate to this but I think it was because I wasn't ready to admit how much weight I had put on. Now I'm the opposite, feel huge even though I am a lot less of a person than I used to be :-( no winning! Lol!

When you go swimming, wet your hair in the shower before you get in the pool and apply a conditioner. Don't wah it out. I like to have that support system, generally if you add me and don't comment after week or so or become inactive for that time (unless they've said they'll be on holiday or whatever) I delete. I comment on all my friends statuses and it's nice if they do it in return. :-)

#1 The dress is busy, the bow kinda adds to the business. If you could find a pair of shoes in that colour without a platform they would be perfect! But I definitely would have a plain shoe with that dress.

You don't have to. I very, very rarely do. I will only eat them if I am hungry, my other meals are generally well balanced so I'm not often so hungry that I eat my exercise calories. :-)

My partner has lost 33lbs and has never touched a glass of plain water, he can't stand it. He drinks diet soda, tea, coffee, squash. Personally I prefer water , but not everyone's the same :-)
