I've got a slight gap, I like my thighs either way though especially now they are smaller anyway! Would like to have a bigger gap, I'm short so when my thighs were bigger I looked a bit stumpy?!?! I think it would make my legs look a bit longer.

Can't really offer much advice but 30DS caused me a lot of knee pain. My doctor told me it probably wasn't a good idea to carry on with the exercise that caused it but find an alternative. I prefer aerobic dancing and swimming so I swapped for them instead, much easier on the joints! lol

Greasy food is no longer appealing to me either. It's amazing how I thought I could never give it up but once you do you just lose the appetite for it, I guess. :-)

I'm a hairdresser, everyone always asks me if I can go round and cut/colour/style their hair for nothing. It's a lot of time and money to lose when you could have a paying client instead. :-\

I'm on my last 15lbs now, been at this point for a good few months. I was 140lbs at Christmas time, been losing/putting back on the same 3-5lbs since then. I'm 5'3" so quite similar height. I was getting the idea from the forums here and other sites that cutting cardio, upping calories and focusing on heavy weights was the…

Hair... I'm a hairdresser, it's habit. Then shoes! I guess that's why I'm obsessed with wearing shoes that aren't scruffy!

I would change you activity level if this is a job you are working everyday. :-)

I hiccup! :-D Almost daily occurrence, slightly annoying!

I'm size 12 top, size 10 trousers etc. Aiming for 6 - 8 & toned. :-)

I'm 5'3" (just under, lol) I've been struggling too. Been eating a 80% clean diet for past few weeks, and that definitely helped to move the scale again. This week I'm replacing most of my cardio with weight training and toning exercises and aiming to do this for a month to see what results I get. Haven't lost anything…

New years eve 2008. Tonsilitus with a really bad fever. Used to have tonsilitus 3 times a year up until that point, not been ill since... *she says* I'll be I'll for weeks now... lol

I don't eat pre packaged meals but use odd items for convenience in cooking. I try my hardest to eat as clean as possible and avoid processed but it's hard as most things are processed in some way or another. :-\

If I did this my boyfriend would dump me! He likes me cause I'm nerdy. :glasses: lol

As another Notherner I agree too! With both of these posts. I'm sick of the TV, BBC One is all day Olympic coverage despite the BBC spending money on 20+ Olympic channels on freeview/freesat. With all those channels why can't normal service resume for license fee payers who don't care about the Olympics. I'm so sick of it!…

Complaining about his driving. Being a complete control freak when I'm doing something and he tries to help. I have a specific order and he comes and messes it up. :) :) He understands. lol

I don't think anywhere in my 'ideal' range of 107 - 139 I would look ill. I'm just under the 'ideal' top weight at 138 but I still look big and I don't like it. I'd rather be slim, with toned muscles and no extra weight than have any health problem related to any extra weight I carry round with me like arthritis or…

I'm looking to be 128 by Christmas, that'd be a loss of 8lbs.

I don't have kids, I don't like kids, especially kids that cry, scream or run around under your feet. That's why, when I go for a meal, it's at an upscale restaurant. I expect there not to be kids there screaming, running around etc. Now I do not mind if they are well behaved kids that you don't even notice & this has…

I have an olive skin tone so when I am very tanned people have said I look Greek or Italian. I'm white British and pale as a ghost currently, I look a completely different person when I'm tanned. :-)

Maybe she just wanted friends with similar weight loss goals?

I relate to this and I also feel after a year of being here that I am more self conscious and feel fatter than I did a year ago. I don't feel Ihave changed much in the past 12 months. :-\

Walked to the supermarket in a skirt today. Walked around for a whole hour and my legs didn't rub together! :D

Great work! Keep it up! :D

Yes, but he'd just come home from working a 12 hour shift, rushed off his feet. Well, he didn't turn it down, he just fell asleep... Bless him. :flowerforyou:

I stuck with it because I didn't want to look like I did ever again! Every time I feel like giving up I say to myself 'I refuse to go back to how I was!' You have to want it for you and you have to want to make it a permanent change in your life. Think of it as a new lifestyle, not a diet. :)
