  • Chilli houmous and boiled egg with salad. The houmous and the egg don't go that well together according to my boyfriend but I think it's yum. :)
  • On track, I guess... I'm eating right and exercising, it's just getting slow now I'm down to the last 15lbs. I didn't set a long term goal because I didn't think I would last this long so I guess things are going better than expected! :P

  • I eat pizza and burgers with a knife and fork... Even 'finger food' I guess, I had having food all over my hands. I always eat veggies first. If I have rice with something like curry or chilli the rice has to be mixed in completely, I won't eat dry rice. My plate of food has to look nice, I won't let my partner serve food…
  • I'm a thinker, I'm good at thinking of alternate situations and possible outcomes. Comes from a lifetime of worry and to help me avoid bad situations. :smokin:

  • My wrist didn't hurt at all... My foot was the exact opposite, I nearly cried and I still haven't been back to get it finished yet! :sad:
  • I like long hair on guys too as long as it's nice! My partner recently let me cut his though (it was way past shoulder length!) to more of the Owen Wilson style someone posted on this thread! He looks good with both but I really loved his long locks!

  • You said you do 30DS everyday? Have you taken a break at all from your exercise? Sometimes your body needs time to recover if it is not used to the exercise you're doing. I aim for 5 days exercise and 2 days off. If I have a good week exercise wise, I see a drop of 1-2lbs per week after my 2 days rest.
  • No clue, I have a few friends over 100, a couple over 300. I'm on 240. :)
  • I have loads of tattoos, some people like them some hate them. Personally I like mine to look feminine and I think some pieces look gorgeous on women! Especially with lots of colours! I think the artist has to be the right one though, if you get bad art, it looks awful, no matter what the subject is.
  • I have a diet cola at least once a day, I used to drink it all the time but now I limit myself to one glass. I don't know about the negative effects as I have never had any myself, I'm sure someone will know though. I'm sure if you limit your daily intake though it will not have any lasting effects.

  • Yes, I don't feel like eating as much when it's hot! I tend to stick with salad and don't have too much in the way of carbs as I don't fancy them as much in this weather!
  • I'll do it if you do! ;D I'm scared of running outside too because of the people staring and laughing. I suck at running but really want to go out and start building up some endurance. I don't have access to a treadmill/gym membership so my only option is outside!
  • Never give up, you'll only regret it later! I don't lose a single pound some months and I've lost only 33lbs in just under a year. People lose weight at different rates, you have to stick to it and find out yourself what rate your body is losing weight at and what works best for you. I've tried so many different things…
  • If I'm going out for a meal. I do try and log as an estimate to see what the damage is but generally if I go out, I go out to enjoy myself and try not too worry about calories! :D

  • I measure about once a month, it's good to do along with weighing as you can see progress in that way too. Sometimes if the scale doesn't budge you see a loss in inches, so extra motivation! :)
  • EDs are mental disorders, unless you have one you will not understand the compulsion. I suffered since I was 12yo with restricting, I recovered with the help of a doctor at 18. When I started losing weight again the compulsion was there to try and lose it as fast as I could but I have tried my hardest not to act on it.…
  • Everything in moderation! I used to be obsessed with eating healthy all the time and it just makes you want to give up! Always treat yourself, even if it's just a slightly bigger portion of your favourite meal/snack or a glass of your favourite drink! :) As long as it fits into your calorie goal you will be fine! :)
