"It's not what you eat, it's how much exercise you do!" That one sets me off on one every time! I know I wouldn't continue to lose weight if I had my old eating habits no matter how much exercise I did!

I work out straight away when I wake up on an empty stomach. I can't work out if I've eaten, I feel bogged down and makes me feel sick. I refuel afterwards with something high protein. :D

I'm so hungry the day before it starts, I know its coming. That's generally my one main day off per month as I do probably average around 3000 calories. I cannot stop eating all day! It's nor good, I should control it better but I secretly do love just pigging out :3

I thought the same when I first started, now a year and a half later I am so happy with what I have achieved! There will be doubts, there will be slip ups. You'll put weight back on, you'll cry yourself to sleep some nights because you wish it were easy. It's all worth it. You've just gotta believe in yourself! :) Good…

I rest up when I'm sick so my body can recover and I can take care of myself. Even with just a cold. If it's more serious, you should definitely take it easy. :)

Definitely this! I've only been smoking for 8 years, so hardly any in comparison, but it's still such a hard habit to break and so horrible! ETA: I wouldn't change anything else, it's made me who I am today for sure.

I get told quite a lot that I am skinny and it is totally worth it! Im more happy, more confident, I can fit into cute clothes that I looked awful in before! :D That and I get a lot more attention, even from strangers on the street. They come up and compliment my clothes and how great they look! Love it! :) <3

Looks pretty spot on to me. I vary from shop to shop between UK8 - UK12 and thats what it's got for me on all of them. :P

Don't shampoo everyday, it is really not good for your hair! As someone above suggested, rinse and condition if you really must do it or dry shampoo works wonders on an inbetween washes day! :)
