  • I was never overweight as a child, I had 3 meals a day with my parents, snacks if we were hungry. Only sweets/chocolate if we behaved. My problem was I had to finish everything on my plate, as I got older and my portion sizes got bigger that was imprinted on my brain that if I didn't eat the food on my plate, I was wasting…
  • I'm currently 136, aiming for 130 but my body fat percentage is a more important factor for me right now. :)
  • Chest on women but I'm biased! ;D Or ribcage/down the side, if it fits with the flow of the natural curves they can look gorgeous! On men, anywhere. Preferably everywhere. Apart from the face/neck.
  • Alcohol was common especially in Victorian England where gin was especially, it was prescribed as a medication (as was cocaine and other, now illegal, hard substances.), they gave it to children in workhouses to send them to sleep. Things weren't taboo as they were now, the Victorians were obsessed with these substances…
  • I don't do 'cheat days' I reward myself with non-food items instead, say if I have done well over the space of a month I might buy a new t-shirt or get my nails done. :) That way you're not tempting yourself to fall of the wagon again.
  • I had 3 hours on my leg about two years ago, if it's a piece that big be prepared for mega stiffness in your leg the following day. I was hobbling round like a zombie the day after! The tattoo itself in that area is not so painful. It does get a bit sore after a couple of hours if there's a lot of work in one area but it's…
  • <<< Most recent sitting on my chest piece. :)

  • Zumba. It's fun and it wasn't too hard on my knees and joints like 30DS was.
  • I started by using my Wii but as I've become fitter it doesn't have the same effect on me anymore and I usually use the Wii on days where I'm a bit ill or just don't have the energy. :) I traded it for my Kinect on Xbox, Dance Central, Zumba and Your Shape games are good exercise. A step up from the Wii. I use these when I…
  • I started getting stretchmarks on my stomach. I already hate the ones I have on my thighs and hips, and I knew I was getting fat I just didn't want to believe it so the day I saw the stretchmarks on my stomach I started dieting. I caught them early, they're not visible anymore. :D
  • I'm a hairdresser so part of my job is creativity! :D But I also love drawing, photography & singing. Although I don't get to do them as much as I hope to. :(
  • If I were you I'd just talk to your neighbour. They don't know you're sensitive if you haven't told them. They may be more considerate in future if they knew. ETA: They may not be though, in which case all they're going to tell you to do is shut your window, like so many others here have said.
  • I love horror! I'm more into the Asian and European horror films now, they know how to make a film creep you the hell out. American horror is getting to cliche and same-y and really not scary at all though some of the classics are some of the best films ever! Zombie films hold a special place in my heart. The only thing I…
  • I'm in North Yorkshire! :)
  • Most of the time I log in advance, usually in the morning but I do plan my dinners weekly so it's easy to decide what I'm eating for the rest of the day. If I know I'm going to be busy I just log as I go, it's easier when you're busy but I usually find it hard to keep track of what I'm eating. I go over more often than not…
  • For the most part mine is good because he's also been losing weight but he can eat so much more than me and get away with it! It's hard when he gets out a bag of chips and dip and starts eating them as a snack. He offers them to me too which he knows doesn't help because he knows I can't say no! He says he doesn't want me…
  • inactivity, unless they've stated why they're absent or lack of interaction.
  • Going to have to put this on the iplayer, I missed it but some of the recipes you're all talking about sound interesting! :)
  • A glass of fresh orange juice, one huge glass of water with poached egg and toast. Or get some paracetamol with caffeine. They definitely do the trick!
  • I eat 2 whole eggs a day. I think unless you have a problem with your cholesterol and have been told by a doctor to cut down your intake then there is nothing wrong with eating that many.
  • NOFX Horrorpops Sublime No Doubt (before Rock Steady... Self titled album is my favourite! :) ) Red Hot Chili Peppers (Before Stadium Arcadium!) This changes all the time! Apart from The Chilis, they're always my favourite! :)
  • On my Dad's side, related to the person who built one of the first lifeboats in England, has the patent for and built 31 other lifeboats! Henry Greathead. Backed up by family and legal records. I know, not exactly famous but a big thing in seaside towns with lifeboats! lol
  • Frozen vegetables are good. As the others above have said, they can sometimes be more nutritious! I don't eat 2 minute rice though, just doesn't taste the same and rice is dead easy to cook anyway. Just have to wait a little longer! :) I stick to whole grain brown rice though, it's better for you. :)
  • I'll send you a request. :-)
  • I'm in the same position. I've added lifting heavy to my routine, only do cardio 2- 3 times a week now, lift every other day. Seems to work for me, so far! I'm eating a lot cleaner now too, it seems to help. Add me if you like. It'll be good to have a friend with a similar goal! :)
  • I have 10 and a half! ;P My chest piece is in progress! :) (Pic on my profile)
  • My partner of 4 years is also a gamer and I think we work out better because we both love gaming so much. If we're bored we can just co-op on L4D or split screen on Black Ops. It makes it so much better than playing alone. He doesn't mind helping me with Skyrim quests too! lol
