Been here two years and it takes me 10 minutes tops to log my food. & that's if I do come across bad entries on the search. If you have the app on a smartphone, try scanning your items, much faster. :)

Track your food! Exercise is for your health more than weight loss, using a mixture of exercise and calorie deficit you will lose weight and improve your health! :)

The rest day will have let your body relax and repair itself. If you only started exercising two weeks ago your muscles will be retaining water from that exercise.
