I had the same problem while I was at college full time and my parents provided my food for me. My solution; I started looking for recipes in books and on the internet and offered to cook every night for them. That way I could choose the food, they didn't have to worry about cooking when they finish work, I got to eat my…

Small, healthy snack, workout then main meal! :)

I eat anywhere between 1200 and 2000 calories depending on exercise. I walk and cycle. Why not try those? You're then out of the house so you're not going to wake anyone up or disturb anyone. :)

This is really sad news, fame can be hard to handle for some.

My grandma told me I should always date younger men because they never grow up anyway. & she's right so yours is totally wrong on number 1. Age is just a number. :flowerforyou:

Not anymore because it sets me back too much. I just learnt to eat what I want in my calories or work for it. :3

Courgettes Celery Fennel Cream cheese, especially cooked. Bananas Creamy or white wine sauces. Sausage meat. Ice cream. Among others. I am quite fussy and this list could go on forever.

I prefer making Chinese, Thai, Japanes, Indian food at home. That way you control what's in it! If I have to go to a restaurant I don't count calories... I just presume my count is doomed for the day and move on. :P

Personally, I can't wait to sit down after I've been working on my feet all day and it feels amazing! :P Surely standing desks wouldn't help the problem, all I want to do after work (im a hairdresser) is sit down! I don't workout on work days, I literally sit and don't move for several hours! I think standing in pretty…

Tomatoes you should definitely log, they have more calories than lettuce, cucumber or celery. Personally I log everything.

22 inch waist is tiny! Don't know how it would've stayed 22-23 inches when she weighed 140lbs... I'm 126lb with 35-27-35 measurements! Not saying she would be exactly the same! Her figure is admirable but unattainable for most. I'm lucky to have an hourglass but would love a smaller waist!

I love olives! I could eat them all day! :3

5:2 is not recommended for low calorie diets or eating disorder sufferers. The idea is you eat a normal amount on the 5 days you are not fasting. You'd be having 6000 calories a week, then take off your exercise cals on top. It is not healthy. You sound like you need to eat more, your body will not sustain itself on 1000…

I LOVE cheese! I eat it almost everyday! Protein, healthy fat and calcium! In moderation its really good. :) I hate the low fat stuff, in comparison to regular cheese it is like plastic. I can't even melt it properly for cheese in toast without it turning rubbery! Eww! Full fat cheese all the way!

I'm greatful for what I have learnt here and I want to pass that knowledge in to others! It can get boring at times but when you genuinely help someone with questions I was asking two years ago, it feels good :)

I did at first but now I generally eat/drink what I like in moderation, won't lie, still have the occasional drink binge but I find it easier to moderate now I'm closer to goal. I think it's learning to fit it in with the lifestyle change, that's why it was easier to go withoyt at first but now I'm near goal weight I've…

Rinse and condition. I wash mine every other day and do the rinse and condition on my non wash days if I've done an intense workout! :)

I'm 5'2.8" (the fact I'm almost 5'3" is so important :3 ) My ultimate goal is 112lbs(8 stone), will be happy with 119lbs(8 1/2 stone)!

My OH's mother is a teacher and very health concious. She takes her own lunch of salad, with which ever lean meat has been prepared and left over, with a few small squares of cheese, nuts, seeds and her own dressing. Then she takes different fruits for dessert. I'm always jealous of her lunches, they are delicious! :D

You can't spot reduce but excess weight on your stomach is mostly down to your diet. I've tried for months to lose my stomach, it only started getting flatter when I changed my food to mostly clean, cut down alcohol and started 16:8. I also swear by walking as exercise. I do nothing else except Pilates when I feel like it.
