  • I have had a ton of knee surgeries from playing soccer and have arthritis as well. Anything in the pool is easy on the knees, whether it is swimming or water aerobics. Also the elliptical trainer and bike are good choices for cardio as well.

  • That is a great suggestion. I used to be the queen of sodas and I found it was the carbonation I craved. I always get the carbonated water and has gotten me to almost completely stop drinking sodas all together!

  • Sometimes if your calories are really low your body goes into ketosis and that is one of the main side effects. Look it up on the internet!

  • I love mixing my drinks with crystal light. I found a very effective method for drinking and weight loss is to bring the Crystal Light on the go packets with you. I order a water and a shot and make my own drink!!
  • I used to use it and it really is great at keeping you accountable on all fronts. You still have to track everything you eat and all that, but it counts how many calories you have burned throughout the entire day.   • There is really a divide among nutrition and fitness people to whether it counts as water. A lot of people dont like to count it because of all the fake sugar it has in it. Some dieticians will tell you to cut out fake sugar all together. Personally I count it for sure...I pretty much drink all my water with crystal light…
