I take pictures of myself totally relaxed (front, back & sides) and compare them over the weeks to show that there is change. I also compare them to pictures of me at my goal weight (where I was a long time ago). This helps show my current progress and where I need to go still. J.

The first pic of a burger with an egg got my attention. I had one just like it at Red Robbin a few months ago...when I was on a "cheat" day and ate over 3k calories in one sitting with my girlfriend. It was gloriously tasty but soooo bad for me that I had to say enough.
